The service life and reliability of SPD are inseparable from regular testing and verification. We integrate laboratory tests throughout the entire process of product development and mass production: during the research and development stage, we conduct 10/350μs and 8/20μs lightning impulse tests to assess the current-carrying capacity; using power frequency action load tests to simulate the actual working conditions of the power grid, we verify the reliability of the tripping device; and through high-temperature aging tests, we accelerate the verification of the long-term aging trend of the components. Through regular inspections, we set the quality lower limit of the product, avoiding overheating, breakdown, and premature scrapping problems in the field, and ensuring that the lightning protection equipment can operate stably in distribution, energy storage, and charging station scenarios.

Testing Laboratory
Our laboratory is equipped with complete SPD lightning surge
test equipment complying with IEC 61643. Raw component
nspection, finished product aging and durability testing ensure
stable quality for AC/DC SPD, PV SPDand EV charger SPD.
Certifications
Our SPD have passed comprehensive type tests and hold type
test reports as well as corresponding model certificates. The
electrical parameters are based on reliable data and comply with
surge protection engineering specifications.
IEC Standards
Our SPD products are researched and developed strictly in
accordance with IEC 61643 international standards. Circuit
design, component selection and electrical performance are fully
aligned with standard specifications.
